Payment
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer with invoice issuance.
- Cash on delivery at a "Nova Poshta" branch (COD)*.
- Visa/Mastercard online payment via the "Payment Acceptance" service from PrivatBank.
- 100% prepayment is required for items with custom printing before shipping.
* When paying by cash on delivery, "Nova Poshta" charges a fee of 2% of the total order amount + 20 UAH for processing.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta" to a branch or directly to your door.
Order Fulfillment Time:
- For up to 3 items – 1-2 business days.
- Orders are usually shipped the next day after production.
Printing Methods:
- DTF – for printing on cotton fabrics.
- Sublimation – for printing on synthetic materials.

Warranty and Returns
We guarantee the high quality of our products. Return policy:
- Returns of items without prints are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused and undamaged.
- Items with custom printing can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect on our part. If no defect is found, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Custom Design
We offer the option to order products with your own design.
To place a custom order:
- Add a comment during checkout stating that you want to apply a custom print.
- Specify the size and printing area.
- Attach an image in PNG or TIFF format, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
Important Information:
When ordering mugs with a colored handle and a custom design where the print area is filled with black or another color matching the mug’s base, there may be slight differences in shade between the print color and the original mug color.
