Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed by the Site Administration - the owner of the website https://printopia.com.ua in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including, but not limited to, the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI, and establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, protecting, and disclosing personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data") through the Site and/or related services and tools.

Data refers to any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific User. This may include: first name, last name, email address, phone number, region of residence, address of residence/stay on the Site, and other information used for communication, which the User provides at their discretion in the registration form.

Data processing refers to any actions with the Data, including but not limited to: access, provision, distribution, collection, systematization, storage, accumulation, recording, transmission, blocking, deletion, correction, updating and/or modification, anonymization, and other methods of using the Data.

The Site Administration - the owner of the website https://printopia.com.ua allows users to make payments quickly and easily while ensuring the reliable protection of their data through multi-level security and the use of tokenization technology for payment cards with the help of a data encryption system.

1.2. By registering on the Site, entering their personal Data and/or providing this Data in another way, and/or performing any actions within the website https://printopia.com.ua, and/or using any part of the site, and/or giving consent (checking a box) when clicking the "register" button through the site form, the User expresses their agreement with the provisions of this Policy.

Users may provide Data voluntarily by placing such data on the Site, or by communicating via telephone channels, and/or to the electronic and/or postal address of the Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua by filling out an order form.

1.3. The User is not entitled to use the Site https://printopia.com.ua if they do not agree with the terms of this Policy.

1.4. The User acknowledges that in the event of their careless attitude toward the security and protection of their Data and authorization details, third parties may gain unauthorized access to the User's account and Data. The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua is not responsible for any damages caused by such access.

2. User Data

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua may collect the following Data:

  • First name, last name, actual place of residence, contact phone numbers, email address, and other contact details provided voluntarily.
  • Information provided by Users when concluding service agreements.
  • Information necessary for communication between Site Users.
  • Data obtained from surveys conducted to improve service provision.
  • Information obtained from marketing activities.
  • Data about the User's activities on the Site.
  • Information posted by Users in loyalty programs, promotions, and special offers.
  • Data obtained through surveys filled out by Users.
  • Information obtained legally from partners or third parties.

The Site Administration may also process Data using the following technologies:

  • Cookies – small files sent to the User's computer and stored on their device.
  • Pixels – digital images that allow tracking the use of web pages.

3. Use, Sharing, and Processing Purposes of Data

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua uses and processes Data for the following purposes:

  • Performing the functions, powers, and duties assigned to the Site Administration in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
  • Identifying the client as a Site User, communicating with the User, processing payments, and sending notifications.
  • Conducting financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, creating and implementing loyalty and bonus programs.
  • Sending newsletters via email and messengers regarding promotions, loyalty programs, and news.
  • Ensuring the provision of internet services and information exchange.

The Site Administration may share Data with affiliated entities that operate under common ownership.

The Site Administration does not process data related to racial or national origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or other confidential data.

The processing and storage periods of Data are determined based on the purposes of Data processing and the conditions specified in agreements.

4. Conditions for Granting Access to Data

Data disclosure occurs when Users place orders on the Site for their identification and order processing.

In certain cases, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Site and enhance its reputation, the Administration may disclose statistics on account activity without revealing personal data.

The Site also uses YouTube API services. Personal data of Users who use these services are processed in accordance with the YouTube API Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

The Site Administration adheres to lawful and fair data processing principles and does not disclose Data to third parties without User consent, except in cases provided by Ukrainian legislation.

  • Upon justified requests from government authorities.
  • If there are suspicions of the User violating the Policy or other agreements.
  • To prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and ensure legal compliance.

5. How to Change/Delete Data or Withdraw Consent

Users may change/delete their personal information at any time, opt out of newsletters, or withdraw their consent to Data processing by sending an email to: [email protected].

After receiving such a request and after ceasing to use the Site, the processing of the User's Data will be stopped, and their Data will be deleted, except in cases where such processing is necessary in accordance with Ukrainian law.

The functionality of certain features on Https://printopia.com.ua, which require User Data, may be suspended upon data modification/deletion.

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua processes and stores Data for the purposes specified in this Policy for the period necessary for Data processing, but no longer than 5 (five) years from the date of the User's last interaction with the Site.

6. Data Protection

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua, when processing Data, applies all necessary technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect Data from unlawful and/or unauthorized access, including from modification, deletion, provision, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua continuously monitors the measures taken to ensure security.

7. Additional Terms

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua reserves the right to amend the terms of this Policy at any time. In such a case, the updated version will be posted at: https://printopia.com.ua/policy. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must immediately cease using the Site.

The Site Administration https://printopia.com.ua is not responsible for any damages or losses suffered by the User or third parties due to misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the terms of this Policy.

If any provisions of this Policy, sections, or parts thereof are found to contradict the current legislation of Ukraine or are deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of other provisions of this Policy. They shall remain fully in effect and enforceable. Any other invalid provision or provision that cannot be enforced shall be deemed amended or corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.

The terminology used in this Policy has the same meaning as in the Public Offer Agreement for the provision of services unless otherwise stated.
